Hello everyone, this is my first Blog.

First of all thanx to Brad Andersohn of Active Rain for coming down to our Board office & for giving us more insight into Active Rain. And kudoos to our own Dave Matney for putting it together. And Dave also thanks for yr email, that was kind of you (I could'nt find a reply button to reply directly to you- I am still learning, I need to talk to you about it)

Sorry Brad about the -3 degree temperature, hopefully the next time you come it is during our beautiful Fall or Spring season. See inspite of the frigid temperature we love it here, coz the people here are wonderful. Omaha is a great place to raise a family, so everyone if you planning on moving here give any of us Realtors a call and we would love to help you.
