Are too many real estate signs an eyesore? You have all been at a major intersection with so many signs posted on any given corner, that it becomes confusing, and an eyesore. Does anyone actually read them, or is anyone able to read them with so much coming at them all at once?
In addition to watching the traffic, waiting for the light to change, changing the radio station or changing CDs, or having a conversation with their co-pilot, or maybe talking to their kids in the back seat, how can anyone pay attention to these signs posted on top of … (0 comments)

The leaves are beginning to fall... - 10/15/07 05:38 PM
The leaves are beginning to fall and the air is getting a little cooler bringing more buyers out and about to view homes. I have noticed significantly more activity in the way of traffic to some of the newer communities than say two months ago. These areas are certainly gaining more interest with loan rates still low which bring mortgage payments to less than what some are paying for rent. The buyers are beginning to see true value and are starting to come out of their shells...

Today started off  with a bang at around 7:30 A. M. with my 6 year old son bouncing around the bed to get us motivated for todays 9:00 A. M. soccer game with a second one starting at 10:30 A.M. "Where is my uniform?" " I need my pads.." were the immediate needs as the morning sun shined through our bedroom window... breakfast was only secondary.
My 7 year old enjoys his morning snooze and is a little harder to get motivated. They are so close in age but total opposites. Anyway first things first, on to the coffee maker. As … (0 comments)
