With the holidays approaching, many sellers are considering taking their homes OFF the market. And others who have finally reached a decision to sell are also deciding to "wait for the spring market" before they put their homes on the market.  In my experience, "spring" in real estate starts in January! What do I mean by that?

Why do I love selling bank owned homes? They are not usually the nicest homes on the block, and sometimes they are downright ugly. I always tell my sellers that want the highest sale price for their homes to make sure the house is clean, bright, smelling fresh, well maintained....even spotless. Bank owned homes don't even come close to this standard!
