Welcome to my Priority One Blog Series.  I've been in a long quiet struggle over the past few months. My mind, energy and time have been occupied with the necessary. I have sat down at my computer to post a blog more times than I can count. But since my husband's hospitalization and recuperation, I have had little inspiration and even less focus to share my thoughts in writing.

Are big banks getting too bossy?? You bet they are!
Since When Does the LENDER Decide on the Contract Terms?  That's supposed to be between the Buyer and the Seller.
Just when I think I've seen everything the banks could do to make the buyers jump through a few more hoops, I am amazed to find something new.
Now I'm not talking about property repairs or closing cost concessions which could affect value and the bank's potential interest in the property.

Forget the Snow! This is Real Estate and SPRING is already HERE! - 02/05/11 09:32 PM
I know what you're thinking....it's only early February, we are covered with record snowcover over much of the country, and how can you possibly say that "Spring is already here"?
You're right to think that, but the truth is, if you are a seasoned real estate agent, you will know there is no debate. Spring IS here!! I know, look around you and, at least here in Connecticut, we are surrounded by FEET of the white stuff, and more snow and freezing temperatures for the week to come.
No matter, Spring IS already here.
