One of the highest compliments for a stager .... - 05/04/09 11:35 PM
Recently I was holding an open house at one of my listings.  As part of my marketing program I hire Tori Lynn Ross of Ross Designs to professionally stage the home.  At the open house, one of the attendees asked if the home was still occupied.  Of course, the highest compliment a seller can receive is an offer.  However, a close second is asking a whether or not the home is still occupied.  When selling your home you want your home to appear like a model home.
