Does your local board still publish a print directory? Our board still publishes a yearly print directory of all the current members of the board. The day it hits the office it is outdated and it contains inaccurate information.
Now, if the print directory is a profit center with plenty of paid advertising I can understand why it is in print. If you are an affiliate, do you advertise in the print directory? Is that the most effective use of your advertising dollar? I would like your input on the use of a print directory.

It still amazes me the amount of listings that have coded lockboxes on the home. Now, some agents say that if it is a foreclosure than the bank requires them to have a coded lockbox. I feel that if that is required, then the agent should out 2 lockboxes on the home. Have the key in the coded lockbox, but have the code in the electronic lockbox.
