As I have said in other posts, I NEVER am not wearing clothing that is branded. Yesterday, I was doing some shopping and I had two people in a matter of minutes ask me about "the market." In both cases these people were sellers who felt depressed becasue their homes haven't sold. When I gave them my standard, "Business is great! It's Thursday night...do you have your weekend game plan right? We have found that open houses in Del Webb Sun City Huntley are a great way to generate opportunities to meet buyers. Now, have I sold a house that I am sitting?...well, no. However, I have met many people and converted some to customers and a couple to clients. I do sell houses at open houses! The industry is full of speculation on the end of the open house. I simply can't agree. My experience has taught me otherwise!
