...we are in a buyer's market.  By the law of supply and demand, we are in a buyer's market.  There is more inventory than ready, willing and able buyers in the market. 
BUT it also depends WHERE you are. 
Each community and each neighborhood is different.  Each has their own feel and style of homes.  Buyers choose neighborhoods and communities for many different factors.  That's what makes real estate so unique.  And that's what makes the market today so different.
In the community of Strongsville, Ohio, just a few blocks can make a difference.
