sales data: January Sales Data Is Now Available

I always enjoy this time of the month because sales figures are released on the 10th and I really enjoy looking at the numbers to see how they compare to what I hear in the news. I will go ahead and get straight to the point. The sales figures are as follows: Anne Arundel County - Average Sold Price increased 0.39% in January 2008 compared to January 2007 while the Median Sold Price fell -4.38% for the same time. Average Days on Market increased to 134 from 112, Total Number of NEW Pendings (Contracts + Contingents) was 392, and we took 972 NEW Listings for the … (7 comments)
