Here is your March Camden County Real Estate market update.  For March, listed units were down 315 units compared to 3/2007, or a 28.3% decrease.  Pended units for March were down 134, or a 31.3% decrease. Sold units were down 249, or a 72.4% decrease.  This has led to a current inventory of 4277 units.  Camden County has been averaging 415 units sold per month which means there is currently 10 months worth of inventory in Camden County.  Year to date listed units are down 9.8%, pended units are down 47.2% and sold units are down 55%.

Here is your March Burlington County Real Estate market update.  For March, listed units were down 204 unit compared to 2/2007, or a 19.3% decrease.  Pended units for March were down 126, or a 29.4% decrease. Here is your February Burlington County Real Estate market update.  For February, listed units were "down" 1 unit compared to 2/2007, or a 0.1% "decrease."  Pended units for February were down 159, or a 49.8% decrease. Sold units were down 158 compared February 2007, a 60.4% decrease.  This has led to a current inventory of 4004 units.  Burlington County has been averaging 401 units sold per month which means there is currently 9 months worth of inventory in Burlington County.  Year to date listed units are down 3.7%, pended units are down 44.9% and sold units are down 39.1%.

The Burlington County Real Estate market started 2008 with the 2nd straight month of year to year declines in the amount of properties listed.  For January, listed units were down 79 units compared to 1/2007, or a 7.6% decrease.  Pended units for January were down 167, or a 53.7% decrease. Sold units were down 54 compared January 2007, a 20.22% decrease.  This has led to a current inventory of 3856 units.  Burlington County has been averaging 413 units sold per month which means there is currently 9 months worth of inventory in Burlington County.

The Cherry Hill Real Estate market started 2008 by following how the Camden County market performed as a whole.  Pended units for the January were down 62 and Sold units were down 31 compared 2007; listed units were down 5 versus 2007.  This has led to a current inventory of 534 units.  Cherry Hill has been averaging 68 units sold per month which means there is currently 7 months worth of inventory in Cherry Hill.  This closely follows the overall Camden County market, which has 8 months worth of inventory.

The Camden County Real Estate market started 2008 with the 7th straight month of year to year declines in the amount of properties listed.  For January, listed units were down 86 units compared to 1/2007, or a 7.48% decrease.  Pended units for January were down 245, or a 77.53% decrease.
