Here is your March Burlington County Real Estate market update.  For March, listed units were down 204 unit compared to 2/2007, or a 19.3% decrease.  Pended units for March were down 126, or a 29.4% decrease. Sold units were down 175 compared March 2007, a 55.7% decrease.  This has led to a current inventory of 4100 units.  Burlington County has been averaging 388 units sold per month which means there is currently 10 months worth of inventory in Burlington County.  As of the February update, there was 9 months worth of inventory.  Year to date listed units are down 8.9%, pended … (0 comments)

Here is your February Burlington County Real Estate market update.  For February, listed units were "down" 1 unit compared to 2/2007, or a 0.1% "decrease."  Pended units for February were down 159, or a 49.8% decrease. Sold units were down 158 compared February 2007, a 60.4% decrease.  This has led to a current inventory of 4004 units.  Burlington County has been averaging 401 units sold per month which means there is currently 9 months worth of inventory in Burlington County.  Year to date listed units are down 3.7%, pended units are down 44.9% and sold units are down 39.1%.

The Burlington County Real Estate market started 2008 with the 2nd straight month of year to year declines in the amount of properties listed.  For January, listed units were down 79 units compared to 1/2007, or a 7.6% decrease.  Pended units for January were down 167, or a 53.7% decrease. Sold units were down 54 compared January 2007, a 20.22% decrease.  This has led to a current inventory of 3856 units.  Burlington County has been averaging 413 units sold per month which means there is currently 9 months worth of inventory in Burlington County.
