It is a Great Time to Buy a home as interest rates are at historical lows, foreclosures are at record levels and many are nice and in move in condition. Even builders are trying to get rid of inventory as well as motivated sellers who are in a must sell situation. But, you have a home to sell and you know that it is not a good time to sell to get your max equity out of your home. You do have options!
