Uptown Charlotte is Area 99 and is divided into subareas 1-4 and surrounding inside I-277 are the areas 1-9 that are in pie shapes to create a circle around Mecklenburg county. Finding the right home is like a balancing act. You may find one home that is in a great neighborhood, location and schools but the curb appeal and interior needs work. You find a a beautiful home online with great curb appeal with all the upgrades but when you go to the property it is in a poor location or there are undesirables surrounding the home, etc. If you have the money to spend you can increase your price and get the great neighborhood, location, curb appeal, and interior you love but if you have must haves such as the best

This is Matt Sarver with Keller Williams Realty in Lake Norman. Tanners Creek is located off Beatties Ford rd in the west part of Huntersville just south of Mcllwaine rd. The community is about 5 minutes a public boat launch on to Mtn Island Lake and about 10 minutes from Blythe Landing which is a public boat launch onto Lake Norman. Just south of Tanners Creek is Latta Plantation which is acres of trails, horse back riding, picnic areas, fishing, a historical Plantation home with tours and home to the Carolina Raptor Center.
