Have you ever wanted to start a garden? Here are 10 simple rules to follow to get the garden you have always desired.
üYou need to find good sunlight
üDon’t get overwhelmed, a 10 sq. ft. bed is a good place to start
üMake sure you have healthy soil
üPay attention to soil temperature as well as air temperature
üBe prepared in case of a frost and cover up
üUse plenty of mulch

This is Matt Sarver with Keller Williams Realty in Lake Norman. Tanners Creek is located off Beatties Ford rd in the west part of Huntersville just south of Mcllwaine rd. The community is about 5 minutes a public boat launch on to Mtn Island Lake and about 10 minutes from Blythe Landing which is a public boat launch onto Lake Norman. Just south of Tanners Creek is Latta Plantation which is acres of trails, horse back riding, picnic areas, fishing, a historical Plantation home with tours and home to the Carolina Raptor Center.
