Hi, I was wondering does anyone have any past experience at running a successful buyer seminar? I am trying to put one together and I am at a dead stop. I have a lender and a big idea and just do not know where to begin. Any help would be great. Thanks, Cidalia Mendonca Matukas 774-568-0007 Keller WIlliams Realty. (5 comments)
Buiding a strong marketing plan - 09/24/07 02:57 PM
Hi, I am putting my business plan together for next year and am preparing my lead generation plan. I need to add approximately 200 people to the database every month in order to achieve the goals that I have set. Does anyone have any marketing plans/companies that they have used in the past that has given them strong results? I currently use quantum and am looking for something stronger and more informative. Also, does anyone have a company that they use to find demographics that would help achieve these goals. Thanks so much and make it a successful day! A real estate agent can provide the focus, due diligence and expertise needed to help you find the home of your dreams.A real estate professional will:· Assist in determining how much house you can afford and help you get pre-qualified or pre-approved for a loan. · Simplify your search by helping you define home and neighborhood criteria. · Screen new listings daily and alert you of homes that match your criteria. · Keep you abreast of local market conditions, (0 comments)

The next generation of home buyers has very definite—and very different—ideas about what they want in a home. - 09/18/07 11:18 AM
Buyers are now looking for a home that they can move into and that offers the features and benefits that they need for their lifestyle. Recently in an article Ashton and Ashley commented on what they expect in their new home:Like many first-time buyers, they initially looked at existing homes, but didn't want to spend all their spare time and money fixing a house up."With both of us working 40 to 45 hours a week and being full-time students, we didn't have time to fix up a house," Ashton says. "We wanted a brand-spanking-new house."-Ashton working as a branch manager for (1 comments)
