Hi,
I was wondering does anyone have any past experience at running a successful buyer seminar?  I am trying to put one together and I am at a dead stop.
I have a lender and a big idea and just do not know where to begin.
Any help would be great.

Buiding a strong marketing plan - 09/24/07 02:57 PM
Hi,
I am putting my business plan together  for next year and am preparing my lead generation plan.  I need to add approximately 200 people to the database every month in order to achieve the goals that I have set.  Does anyone have any marketing plans/companies that they have used in the past that has given them strong results?
I currently use quantum and am looking for something stronger and more informative.  Also, does anyone have a company that they use to find demographics that would help achieve these goals.

Hi,
I have a client that has several lots in different areas to sell.  They are all either too small for building on alone or are locked and would need some unique strategies to be built on.  Does anyone have any ideas o on what I can do to maximize the exposure and sell some of these off.
