There are three factord that impeact the sale - ability of a home. Location, condition and price. We can control two. Condition _ you always wany your home to be in showcase consitiond. It will be uncomfortable but homes sell when they are perfect and look like a Jordan's show room. There will be another video on this topic soon. Today let us focus on pricing and getting you the most money possible. When you speak to your rRealtor make sure that they have a strong sense of what the market is doing in your town or city. We all remember the real estate market just a few years ago. It was a "sellers" market when a lot of people we know bought a property just to get in the real estate market. Our friends were often in bidding wars and ended up buying a property that wasn't exactly their ideal home. Back then, the ideal home was often out of reach for many of us. Guess what? The topic f discussion today was a questions asked by one of my Friends on Facebook. I am thinking of starting the home search and was curious if you could share some budgeting ideas, tips and information for a first time buyer. I thought this was great question. As a first time buyer there are many things to consider in terms of budgeting. Outside of your monthly mortgage you are now going to have to pay real estate taxes and home owners insurance.
