Should you remodel your kitchen before you sell? Most people would automatically say of course! The reality is that you need to make sure you will get your return on investment (ROI). If the homes in your neighborhood are offering stainless steel and granite counter tops then and you have laminate and old appliances then yes you should probably remodel. However, you need to be very specific on what you are remodeling and how much that will cost. Speak with a local Realtor that can identify what your return on your investment is.
