I recently had a client ask me "What is the hardest part of my job as a Realtor?" I thought that was a great question. The toughest part of my job is telling my clients the truth and not just what they want to hear. Many times I have to tell sellers that their homes are worth thousands of dollars less or I may have to tell them that although their collection is nice and means a lot to them that they should really put it away.
