Don't we all just love Costco!?  When you travel around you get to explore new culinary delights at the local Costco outlets. Well here on Maui they just rolled out a new Hot Turkey & Provolone Sandwich on the menu board.  
I don't know if this is a staple at other stores, but it sure is a welcome change to the Maui menu.
When we travel to Canada we like that we can get French fries and gravy and always wonder why Maui doesn't serve fries.  Or pastrami sandwiches for that … (8 comments)

Kula Maui Hawaii spring time flowers are blooming
On the Kula Realtor Caravan today it was nice to see so many spring flowers.  Yes some of them are actually seasonal over here, like the jacaranda, agapanthus and whatever these pink ones are.  Being up on the mountainside, Kula Maui has a climate that's a little more temperate than the areas down at sea level, due to the elevation of about 1,000 - 1,300 feet.

If you had a million dollars you could be living on Easy Street on Maui.
I'm not kidding.  On March 30th 2012 some lucky person closed on the sale of 241 Easy Street in Ulupalakua Maui, for the sum of $1,000,000.  It's about 5 acres of vacant land, so technically they might not quite be living on Easy St. yet, unless they have a yurt.

Of course there are plenty of nice homes on Maui priced under $1M. if you just want the Easy Street lifestyle.
