Here's a quick report of the real estate market activity in my part of the island, Haiku. It covers a large area and there is so much diversity that it's really hard to make any comparisons, but if you follow the market you might find some interesting bits. At this point, it looks like sales volume is up from last year, and maybe even prices are up. What's for sale in the new Sandhills Estates subdivision?  
There are 8 Active listings ranging from $189,000 to $275,000.   No pending sales. Each lot is about 1/4 acre in size, and all come with a Maui County water meter. Days on Market varies from 37 days to 441 days.  The older listings are some of the original developer lots, which have all been reduced in price from when they came on the market.   2 have an ocean view.
