Bank owned homes on Maui - what's for sale now? I think we're experiencing another wave of REO listings here on Maui. In Haiku alone there have been 2 new listings entering the market just this week, priced at $609,900 and $1,200,000. So I ran a quick search to see how many, and was quite surprised at the distressed housing inventory. Here's a brief summary: 36 REO listings in Maui County priced from $78,900 to $1,200,000 twice as many as when I last reported in May 2017 17 are Active while 19 are already Pending and priced up to $849,900 average Days

Maui bank owned homes update, what's for sale now? I'm surprised to see so many REO properties on the market on Maui. The Maui MLS shows 52 total REO listings for sale, with 21 of those being DO NOT SHOW, leaving 31 Active and Pending Continue to Show. Makawao and Pukalani Maui Hawaii - market snapshot 2016 Makawao and Pukalani Maui are so close together they share a zipcode. There is some open space between these two towns, and the Maui Community Plan aims to keep it that way. For now let's just lump them together for a quick market update. Not that many bank owned condos for sale on Maui You would think there would be a lot of bank owned/REO condos in a resort area like Maui. Considering there are thousands of condos, I'm surprised to see there are only a few REOs in our MLS. There are probably still more coming, but for now this is what's available. Currently there are only 16 of these bank owned foreclosure condominiums for sale, and 6 of those are under contract, leaving only 10 Active listings. 1 on the island of Molokai 1 in Kaanapali Maui 2 in Wailuku Maui 5 in Napili
