Somwhere under the rainbow is Olowalu Mauka, Maui What a perfect time to snap a rainbow picture while driving up to check on my Olowalu Mauka listing on the west side of Maui. There's gold at the bottom of that rainbow, in the form of a beautiful 3 acre lot with gorgeous ocean views.
You can build a house and a cottage on this lot, as well as some detached buildings like a barn or garage. The possibilites are endless. The zoning is AG, and you will be encouraged to have a farm plan.

Haiku Maui HI land for sale market update - 3 new listings There's a new 4-lot AG subdivision in Huelo, Haiku Maui with 3 new listings being offered for $310,000 and $450,000. I saw these 3 acre lots today and got some shots which don't really do them justice. Great ocean views and nice country setting, close to the Hana Highway and Twin Falls. There's power and phone and a nice gravel road. Water will be by way of catchment or well, but catchment works just fine in this area. Take a look and see what you thnk:
