condos for sale: South Maui HI - Condos - Market Update for January 2008 - Maui Hawaii - 02/01/08 08:11 PM
I send out a FREE email newsletter each month, about the South Maui Condo new listings. This time when I checked the new listings for January, there were about 87, and 10 were already PENDING. That's a pretty good sign that properties are selling in South Maui. This picture is of the Palms at Wailea condo complex, which is a very popular vacation resort destination in sunny Wailea Maui. Currently there are 18 active and pending listings here, with an average price of $944,277 and starting at $720,000 for 1 and 2 bedroom condos. This is one of my favorite condo developments on Maui. I even managed so do a little last minute Christmas shopping. The day started with a 9 am showing of this cute Haiku fixer home in the country. Seller is asking only $375,000. which is a low price around here. I have some friends interested, so they all came to have a look and see if it would be worthwhile. While they were thinking about it, some other buyers had

condos for sale: The Pines at Koele - Island of Lana'i, Hawaii - 10/03/07 05:20 AM
Lana'i Island, Maui County On our recent trip to the island of Lana'i, I was able to see some properties for sale, and get an overview of the real estate market there.
