HAIKU MAUI RESIDENTIAL SALES OCT 24-28: Sold price ranged from $250,000.00 - $835,000.00 DOM ranged from 56 - 583. 2112 Kaupakalua Rd. $250,000.00 Bank owned older home on 2 acres. There was also a non-conforming cottage. Both buildings were in pretty rough shape. A lot of the land was in the gulch and overgrown and steep. This is a low price for even 2 acres

Maui Hawaii Real Estate - November 2009 Statistics Here are some highlights of the monthly market stats put out by our Realtors Association of Maui. Click here for the full 14 page detailed report. Sales Volume - Residential Sales dipped slightly from October to 67 units, however were the second best month of the last 12 months. Condo Sales rose in November to 69 units and Land sales rose to 17 parcels. Median Price - SOLD prices for single family homes slipped to $465,000 while condos remained steady at $400,000. DOM = Days On Market When I provide listing sheets to Maui buyers, they often ask, "what does DOM mean?".
