Here are some highlights of the monthly market stats put out by our Realtors Association of Maui. Click here for the full 14 page detailed report.
Sales Volume - Residential Sales dipped slightly from October to 67 units, however were the second best month of the last 12 months. Condo Sales rose in November to 69 units and Land sales rose to 17 parcels. Median Price - SOLD prices for single family homes slipped to $465,000 while condos remained steady at $400,000. DOM = Days On Market
When I provide listing sheets to Maui buyers, they often ask, "what does DOM mean?". DOM is the abbreviation for Days On Market, and on Maui that means the number of days since it was listed until it closes. Here on Maui, we use the Paragon MLS system, which assigns the value of 0 to the first day of being listed.
