Bank owned homes on Maui - what's for sale now? I think we're experiencing another wave of REO listings here on Maui. In Haiku alone there have been 2 new listings entering the market just this week, priced at $609,900 and $1,200,000. So I ran a quick search to see how many, and was quite surprised at the distressed housing inventory. Here's a brief summary: 36 REO listings in Maui County priced from $78,900 to $1,200,000 twice as many as when I last reported in May 2017 17 are Active while 19 are already Pending and priced up to $849,900 average Days (5 comments)

Haiku Maui HI market update - what's been selling in Haiku lately? I know you're all wondering what's been selling lately in Haiku Maui, so here's an update for the past month. There have been 4 Haiku Maui home sales - ranging from $320,000 to $620,000. Average price of $411,250.
991 Haiku Road closed at $320,000. Agreement of sale. It was an old fixer home on a large lot of .45 acres. 77 Nahele Road sold for $340,000. Cash. Property had a lot of issues, but some good features were: 2 parcels totalling 5.7 acres; private well. 300 S. Holokai (8 comments)
