Maui Dining - A Saigon Cafe in Wailuku is always a winner

If you love good Vietnamese food in a friendly atmosphere, then you must try the Saigon Cafe in Wailuku Maui. This restaurant has been a favorite of ours ever since some friends turned us on to it many years ago. It's nothing fancy, and the location is a little tucked away, but it's sure worth finding this hidden treasure.
The menu is extensive with plenty to please every diner, including vegetarians. Curries and noodles, hot soups, spring rolls, seafood, meats and chicken. So many choices and not enough … (3 comments)

We just got back from a vacation in Canada, which included a stop in Vancouver B.C. One of the things we love about Vancouver is the amazing variety of restaurants, and especially Greek restaurants. I would have to say that I don't think I can ever tire of eating Greek food, and hopefully one day I can visit that country and experience Greek food at the source.
On Maui there is a real shortage of Greek restaurants, so the Greek Bistro in Kihei really stands out. These … (7 comments)
