I'm grateful to be selling property on Maui - to be a Maui RealtorThis wasn't my first profession, but it might be my last. I've been selling real estate on Maui since January 2000 and this is the longest stretch of a "career" I've had. Does that mean I like what I do? I think so!

The new season of Hawaii Life has started - look for me!
Last Sunday marked the beginning of the new season of the Hawaii Life TV show, named for our company Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. There's 2 new episodes a week and my episode is coming up soon, but I don't know when. You'll have to watch it or record it.

There have been an awful lot of new listings in the Haiku part of Maui recently. This is great news for us Realtors who work on the North Shore of Maui. On our last Realtor Caravan there were 16 new homes for sale in Paia and Haiku to preview... we haven't seen a lineup like this in a long time.

I would have missed them if somebody hadn't pointed them out. Don't they just look like part of the landscape?
I guess they are making a strong comeback and in the evening you can see a number of these sea turtles coming ashore to spend the night!
