I send out a FREE email newsletter each month, about the South Maui Condo new listings.
This time when I checked the new listings for January, there were about 87, and 10 were already PENDING. That's a pretty good sign that properties are selling in South Maui.
This picture is of the Palms at Wailea condo complex, which is a very popular vacation resort destination in sunny Wailea Maui. Currently there are 18 active and pending listings here, with an average price of $944,277 and starting at $720,000 for 1 and 2 bedroom condos. This is one of my favorite condo developments on Maui.
