A recent Realtor event brought me to this lovely oceanfront location in Wailea Maui. We were learning about how to maximize our presence on social media. I think this poolside scene looks like a good way to maximize being present and being social - the old fashioned way.

This brand new Wailea condo project by Armstrong Development is moving along nicely and they expect the first apartments to be ready by December of this year, a little later than originally planned when I first wrote about Keala O Wailea. No sales have closed yet since the construction is ongoing, but buyers are able to reserve their favorite unit.
