For the first time since 1976 the Canadian dollar hit par. All the Canadians I know are beaming and thinking of the best way to invest their stronger dollar. Canadians have long loved Hawaii's sunny weather. In the 1970's they bought a lot of Kihei real estate, coming over here to thaw out (2 comments)
