Investors where are you?

Okay folks - where are all of the investors... prices have dropped over 25% there are more new homes on the market in short Sale status - there are a ton of great deals here in Northern California. Cash is King and it should be flowing....

has anyone ever looked into the requirements of setting up a Real estate hedge fund? I have so many folks that want to pool their money and talents to start fixing and flipping or just buying and holding for the next 18 to 24 months - If you have expereance in setting up this type of fund please let me know. Threre are some great opportunties to be had.
