If your house is on the market I would bet you have heard more than once that pricing it right is the most important thing you can do.  Yesterday I showed a house in lower Westchester County.  It's nice house.  The homeowner has lived there for about 17 years years and has done quite a bit to keep the condition current.  Nice house, nice location.  Here is the problem.

I am a bit late to game with Twitter.  At first I just didn't get it.  Now I get it.  In my inbox this morning.  Barack Obama is following me on Twitter.  Obama reactivated his Twitter account, yes, that Obama.  He is young and changing the way the government communicates with the public.  It is refreshing. He is talking to us.  Cool! A lead for a house in Westchester County?

A fake company is using the RE/MAX name to scam consumers for loans - and RE/MAX International asks you to be on the alert for suspicious activity.
The purported company,"Remax Financial," has been advertising advance fee loans in local newspapers in Illinois, Iowa, Georgia and other states since December.

This is on Huffington Post today. It is hysterical. Jon Stewart shows us all of the crappy reporting on the market we have been watching for the past few years. The head of Lehman Brothers, Jim Cramer, the head of Bank of America, Lehman brothers all professing that all is okay - sometimes days or months before their company's collapsed. He is particularly after CNBC but I believe an awful lot of the reporting and chit chat is just pure crap.
