Facing Financial Difficulties? Need Help? - 02/21/11 08:19 AM
I am pleased to announce that I am now a Certified Distressed Property Expert. This is additional training so I can help homeowners navigate their options if they owe more on their home than their home is worth. I can now help homeowners who are in financial distress and don’t know where to turn, who may qualify for a short sale rather than endure a foreclosure. There is help available. CDPE’s are trained in how to analyse a homeowner’s financial picture and determine the best direction to take. This is a sensitive topic for many people who chose not to do

Sellers Agent At Showings and Agency - 02/10/11 01:42 PM

I would love to take credit for thinking of this clip but it was Dave Liniger of RE/MAX International. He used this clip to show how the banks became overwhelmed with foreclosures and just like Ethiel and Lucy they just simply lost control. Thoought this was really a clever visual.

I am not a toaster - 02/01/11 08:01 PM
Great analogy, I am not a toaster either. Online reviews give other agents a way to unanimously try to knock out the competition as well....the smallest perceived disagreement with an agent can end up in a bad review. I don't believe it will be a good way to judge agents either but I do understand the difficulties the public has with this. Via Melina Tomson, M.S. Principal Broker/Owner (Tomson Burnham, llc Licensed in the State of Oregon): You asked. We gave you what you wanted, but the power of the dark side was just too great for the wanna be
