This is such a great idea. A Bridal Registry where you can ask family and friends to contribute to your "down payment" bank account to help you save the 3.5% you need for a down payment on an FHA loan. Great idea and thank you Rebekah for this informative post.

Great post Ruthmarie, really explains the role that a buyer needs to take in their own home purchase. Hopefully every buyer reads this and then can understand what they need to research and what we real estate agents can't help them with.
