Here now, the most compelling ones to understand what is happening in the Anchorage market: Supply and Demand, broken down into price segments. How long will it take, on average, to sell a home in a given price range. If a seller needs to sell faster, well, we might want to take a hard look at Days on the Market versus Sales Price, which is an other graph (not posted here) that I can show my seller.
