Pre Approval Letter Variation Buyers often wonder if one bank will give them more money than another bank. Will a buyer get a pre approval letter that is higher from their bank or a competing bank? Why did one bank offer a buyer more money than another bank offered the buyer? Get a pre approval letter immediately. There are loan officers that seem to work 11 am to 4 pm and take Wednesday off. The good lenders will (in an emergency!) pick up the phone on a weekend and after 5 pm and before 9 am.

Every OREO (Other Real Estate Owned / Foreclosure) property that I have listed has sold for almost the exact price that I recommended or the exact price that I have recommending in my original Broker Price Opinion (BPO). Some foreclosure properties sold in the first few days on the market when they were priced according to my recommendation.
