Email With Quote From Proverbs Got Me Thinking - 12/13/10 12:34 AM
How are you viewing the real estate environment we are in today? I received an email today that got me thinking about perception. Between now and the next 24 months, I believe we will have bottomed out in real estate pricing. That being said, if I'm right, the time to start is NOW. That took me to another poem about the (1 comments)

At this writing, the estate tax remained repealed in 2010, meaning that individuals dying during 2010 will be free to pass down their estates to heirs without any estate tax at all. However, as of Jan. 1, 2011, that picture will change drastically (0 comments)
