POSTCARD MAILINGS: ARE THEY EFFECTIVE FOR YOU? - 02/07/08 12:17 PM

I was a student of Joe Stumpts "BY REFERRAL ONLY" a couple years ago.  I first became aware of the "By Referral Only" concept when a front man presented a half day seminar in our community. The FREE half day seminar gave some very good ideas on how to improve your personal real estate business, and led up to selling a three day seminar called THE MAIN EVENT.  The goal, obviously, was to give each in attendance just enough to want  even more.  It worked.....on me, at least. Heck, I don't even remember how much the cost was.  I think maybe it was $595 bucks.
