WHO IS GROWING IN REAL ESTATE FRANCHISING?
 
I recently took a few minutes to read through a recent National Association of Realtors comparison study of residential real estate franchises.  The numbers were a bit surprising, although I had a feeling of what is happening in the real estate business and the growth of franchises in America.

NO UPFRONT COST FOR QUALIFIED BUYERS LEADS?
What if?  What if you found a source for Qualified BUYER Leads?  Would you be open to taking them?
What is I were talking about "scrubbed" leads.  This means that a LENDER would have already talked to the potential buyer and qualified the potential buyer for a hand-off to you, the licensed Realtor.  Could you do something with that?
What if this lead gave you the terms and amount available to the BUYER sent to you. You would know exactly the amount of purchase the BUYER has qualified for....so your search would be within specified guidelines … (15 comments)
