I have been a Realtor for 14 years.  In that 14 years, I have worked several different kinds of market area's.  I worked in a small Midwestern city for 8 of those years and during the past 6 years I have worked in the same area of Central Oregon as a resort specialist, commercial agent and most recently as the owner and principal broker of an EXIT franchise office, EXIT REALTY BEND.

   Fellow Realtors....I need your help.  You see, I am a Principal Broker and Owner of a real estate company in Bend, Oregon.  I am constantly working for my clients to make sure that their listing with me receives the very best EXPOSURE possible.  I use the traditional methods to "get the word out" on every one of my listings....and the one I value the most is the very one who is actually working hard to STOP ME from informing more than 1000 local Realtors directly by email that I have a new listing!

    About 8 years ago I purchased a product I am sure most of you have heard of.  I purchased 6 Talking House transmitters.  If you are not familiar with this product, it is a simple AM transmitter that makes it possible to record information directly ( and with eaze ) to the unit with information about....well.....anything. Most Realtors have purchased them to place in homes so potential buyers can hear features of a home from their automobile.  Here is how I have used mine to help get a slight edge:
