Does Anyone Really See Your Sign?
I have a theory about that. Before I start I would like to give you some numbers to set the stage, so to speak.
I own an EXIT office in little ol' Bend, Oregon....population...ummm.....about 75,000. In our greater metropolitan area we have 2224 ACTIVE residential listings, 56 multi-family, 5 farm, 929 land and 85 investment /income property listings. That's about 3300 listings.....and MOST have signs in front or on the property somewhere. Would you agree that that is a lot of SIGNS?

signs: Help! I am looking for an outdoor signage product. - 04/29/07 02:59 AM

     Help! About six or seven years ago I saw a product for Realtors that I can no longer find. I am hoping our network can help me!
     The product was very simple. It was a lighting product that was placed outdoors and directing an image on the side of a garage or building. A Realtor could put, for example, "FOR SALE by EXIT REALTY" on the side of a structure that looked to measure perhaps 10 ft. X 12 ft.. It looked like a great product to get the attention of drivers-by....but I can no longer find it!
