Good afternoon. Today I will be touching on the subject of market conditions for the Gresham, Oregon area.  These numbers are based on January 2008 numbers.  First off let's look at the average market time for Gresham.  It was 80 days which means you home will take an average of 80 days to sell.  Next thing to look at is the average sales price which was $249,600.  There were 1,022 listing on the market and 360 new listings went on the market.  The appreciation rate was 4.4%.  This gives you a general idea of what the market was like for that … (0 comments)

  So what are the market conditions in Sandy, Oregon you ask?  Well, they are as follows:
As of January 2008 the current number of homes on the market was 151.
The average days on the market was 43 and the homes sold for 98% of their list price.
Also, there is currently 13.7 months of inventory.
