Santa will arrive at Noon
Photos with Santa will be taken in Maples Hall Event Center on the Square.
"Festival of Lights" show will begin at 6pm,
The evening will be wrapped up with an Outdoor showing of "The Grinch" so bring your lawn chairs, snacks and blankets.  It's going to be GREAT!!

Buyers, just because you've been approved for your mortgage loan, doesn't mean it's ok to go out and furnish the new home just yet.  My advice,,,,wait until you're in your new home before you make another purhase.

I interact with prospective sellers all the time that are having problems making their mortgage payments.
A lot of times, these sellers have gotten to the point where they ignore the phone calls, the certified letters, the notices and so forth, just because they are afraid to talk to their lenders.

Summary: 
What I found interesting about the Market Activity for this month, was the comparison to the numbers of October 2009.  Notice that the home sales for October 2010 were down by -44.33% compared to last year.  That's a dramatic decrease and it shows that there was not that much activity in Kaufman County for October 2010.
The average Sell price for this period was $134,547, up 3.98% from last year.  There were 155 new listings put on the market for this period and that number is up about 4% … (2 comments)
