If you're interested in purchasing a new home from Forney New Home Builders, proceed with caution.   I'm sure I've blogged about this topic before, but just in case you are a New Home Buyer in the Kaufman County area, I cannot stress enough the importance of having a Realtor with you when you visit a new home community.  The on site Sales Consultant works for the builder(Seller).  It would be like going directly to a seller when purchasing an pre-existing home.  DON'T DO IT!!
