"The Sky is Falling, the Sky is falling!"
 It seems that's all I hear these days in regards to the real estate market.  Every reporter who's bought a home in the last 25 yrs thinks they are a housing market expert, and that it gives them the right to spout off at the mouth about it.
The reason I'm getting upset about this is that I was looking through our MLS statistical data for this year and last. Although locally we have slowed down a bit, we're really not in that bad of shape. LP/SP ratios for Residential housing has been 96% … (2 comments)
