Come on down! You are the next person to get a great deal. Prices are great and the deals are moving!!! The number of solds and pendings are amazing for only the 20th day of 2008! Land is the smart investment right now. While home and condo sales are really seeing an increase as well. It is also amazing how much commercial properties are selling already too. In my opinion, I say have Feds cut rates to 0% for 1st year. 2nd year go to 1% interest. 3rd year go to 2% interest. 4th year go to 3% interest. 5th year go to 4% interest. 6th year go to a 5% interest rate! I hate to vent my problems with finances on here, but it helps relieve tension. I had a decent 2007, but not good enough to keep from losing my home. I still carry a positive attitude! First my better half is diagnosed with cancer, next the heat goes out in the unit and then the air goes out! What else can possibly go wrong I say?
