These numbers are from the locals MLS. \
These numbers do not include FSBO properties!

What do you think on the latest news of the interests rate cuts?
I say if there is no agressiveness in lowering rates SOON, there will be a definite recession.

In my opinion, I say have Feds cut rates to 0% for 1st year.
2nd year go to 1% interest.
