Trulia, Zillow, and ActiveRain are getting into the money game when it comes to real estate agents.Hey, that’s America, everyone deserves a profit. I do not despise the idea of having add-on’s or premium services, however, I do resent the idea of a competitor appearing on my listing pages. Let’s look at Tulia to start with. Trulia has a listing by company XYZwith an agent listed as your Trusted Professional on the same page. The agent who listed the property does have a button to contact, however if I were a consumer looking at this, I would assume the REALTOR on the right is (13 comments)

As I look at this chart from a recent survey taken by NAR that was sent to 47,000 Realtors, and received 1,189 completed surveys back, I am shocked, yet not surprised. This number is large enough for overall responses to be considered statistically valid. I see some odd responses that tell me things could be out of whack when it comes to where we learn about Technology for real estate. Look it over and tell me your thoughts. I have made 6 observations below the chart.
1. First and foremost is it disappointing that only 1189 Realtors responded, however apathy and lack of getting with the program could (3 comments)
Find the key to getting the most exposure for your real estate in the greater Lansing real estate market by talking to your agent about their Internet marketing plan for your house. The following questions, if answered properly will get your home the most exposure, which will generate traffic and interest. Top priority of course is pricing your home competitively based on recent sales. 1. Do you have a personal website, that syndicates out to other sites on the web? 2. What are those additional sites that my home will be marketed on? 3. If what fashion will you drive (0 comments)
