It has a full calendar of programs, activities, after school programs and summer camps. The Boys &amp;amp; Girls Club in Grayhawk is another hidden gem for Grayhawk residents. This community center is designed for ages 6-18 years old. It includes a gymnasium, learning center, computer room, arts &amp;amp; crafts room, multi-purpose areas. For the little ones there is even a before and after school program for elementary school children. I know many working parents in the community that rely on this after school program. There is a Boys &amp;amp; Girls bus that picks up the kids after school and takes them directly to the community center. They are involved in many activities throughout the rest of the afternoon until their parents can come get them after work. What an incredible service for professionals in Grayhawk. There are also full day summer programs when school is out for the summer.       <description>&lt;p&gt;Many clients ask us to see gated condos in Scottsdale with the belief that the gates will provide additional security. However, the vast majority of Scottsdale gated condo communities have a automatic electronic gate. Automatic gates will open when a homeowner with a transponder drives up to the gate or a guest enters the correct code on the keypad. It is my belief that automatic gates give very little additional security than a non-gated community. Really it is more of an illusion of security. It is very easy for you to follow another car in through automatic gates. Who is going to stop you?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;GUARD gated communities&lt;/strong&gt; are completely different. These communities have a Security Guard standing at the gate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Security Guard prevents cars from following each other in through the gates. Guests must stop and check in with the Security Guard in order to enter the community. Sounds better doesn't it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now imagine a &lt;strong&gt;DOUBLE gated condo community&lt;/strong&gt;. Double gated communities have&lt;strong&gt; TWO sets of gates&lt;/strong&gt;. The first gate is guard gated. All guests must stop and speak to the security officer in order to gain entry. No one can follow a car through this gate. Then there is a second automatic gate, that can only be accessed with a security code. Only cars that have gone through the first gate can get to this second gate.
