If you plan on selling your home, whether it be a “For Sale by Owner” (FSBO) or with a Real Estate Broker, I would like to offer a couple of pointers that may help you get into the right mindset before listing your home. Before I go any further, selling a home takes teamwork; if you choose to list with a broker, it “is not” totally up to the listing agent to sell your home, believe it or not, you have selected that agent to be a part of your “home-selling team!” What do I mean by this, you ask?
